Our experiences allow you to completely immerse yourself in the experience once you arrive, without worrying about the cost for any experience, transportation, food or even the night out! If its planned within the itinerary, it’s covered. Outside of the international flight to get to city your journey begins from, as soon as you hit the ground, we create room for you to be Stevie Wonder to the money. You only cover other extras for shopping, souvenirs, etc. Please see the destination page for more specifics.
As long as you’re at 21 years of age the day your journey begins, we’re happy to have you. If you’d like to bring anyone under 21, please contact us welcome@extendefamily.io so we can make arrangements to accommodate you appropriately.
All domestic flights, airport transfers, and transportation to and from all itinerary scheduled events are included in the price of the experience.
The deposit is non-refundable because we begin booking services for the experiences immediately. This is imperative especially during seasonal peaks depending on the location. Many of these services are non-refundable, require deposits with those service provides and can’t be transferred or used by another traveller.
Even if services can be cancelled, they might incur a cancellation or admin fee from a service provider, which is covered by your deposit.Of course! The Imagine Experience is suitable for couples, friends, and solo travelers. We have options for both single and shared accommodations. In the event you’d like a shared room as a solo traveler we’ll do our best to pair you with a similarly situated solo traveler. If we cannot pair you with someone at least 60 days before departure, we’ll give the option for either a single room or a refund minus the deposit.
With deep experience living and working remotely in over 30 countries within the past 7 years, The Imagine Experience was intentionally curated based on our founder’s personal experiences in each country -- integrating work, life, cultural exploration and community. The objective is to take our travelers on an in-depth journey showcasing the cultural and socio-economic spectrum of that country through adventerous and immersive experiences while mixing in an appropriate amount of rest and relaxation. Not to mention you'll meet similarly situated locals, business professionals, and fellowship within your new intimate travel family.
To achieve our objective we explore multiple cities during this 10 day journey. And although each day has an itinerary, there's flexibility to opt out of any experience as you please.
